Hip Hop dance was born in the Bronx, a predominantly African-American neighbourhood in New York, as a spontaneous expression of dissent against racism.
The lesson begins with a warm-up phase, after which we move on to the workout to strengthen pulmonary capacity and muscles, through exercises adapted to the groove of the music, necessary for the execution of movements and acrobatics.
Hip Hop provides intense and prolonged physical activity and is therefore a complete and effective physical workout that helps children improve their movement, concentration, coordination and improvisation skills.
